The Gym

Our private studio is located in the beautiful lower mission of Kelowna, BC. 

 This gym is more than just a place to break a sweat; it's a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of Kelowna city life.

 

Our private facility is strictly used by professionals in the fitness industry. We just book our time-slot and away we go! This means that there will be no more than a few trainers and clients at a time; a good chunk of the time the gym sits empty!  Having access to such a private setting allows us to truly get our work done.

Our facility is more than just a space, its a community of professionals all with a common goal; to support you, and help you succeed in achieving your fitness goals. This space is shared by certified Kinesiologists, Osteopaths, and Personal Trainers. Having so many professionals under one roof is nothing short of amazing.
